Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRXSuspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. We also incorporate Kettlebells and HIIT training into these workouts for added versatility.
MACFit is an intense full body workout that incorporates punches, kicks, elbows, knees, standing technique and ground techniques to make you sweat like never before. You will leave the class feeling great, sweaty and stress free. In this class you will learn and utilize the same techniques many professional fighters train and use everyday, in a safe non-sparring environment. Learning the moves professional Mixed Martial Artists use to win fights.
